Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
• Australia: 2–8 business days
• New Zealand: 5–10 business days
• United States: 7–15 business days
• United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays & Delivery Issues
Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
While we are not responsible for delays once your order has been dispatched, we will assist where possible in resolving any issues with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
We recommend selecting tracked shipping options for all orders, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit without tracking.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping; however, additional charges such as duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing times may cause delays that are outside of our control.
If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties or failure to collect, any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
